With the unique ability to provide for all industry sectors, TES has served the process food industry, offering innovative solutions to specific problems. One interesting application was to design and build a cooling system to ensure a smooth surface on chocolate covered cup cakes, during the transfer process.  
 
Although simple in concept the solution proved demanding however the application of lateral thinking and creative design allowed successful chocolate cooling / setting without disturbing the sponge filled cups. The outcome:- a successful and uniform product giving a low rejection rate, increased productivity and hence profitability.
