Ground Source Heat Pump 
The TES range of open loop ground source heat pumps has been designed for domestic/light commercial applications, offering a highly efficient complete solution for home heating and potable hot water requirements. The heat pump draws water from the ground (typically a borehole) and extracts heat from it - this heat is then raised in temperature and delivered first to the domestic hot water and then to the space heating system. Doing it this way ensures that the highest-grade (temperature) is available to the hot water, enabling temperatures in excess of 60°C. With COPs up to 5.0 (for every 1kW of energy consumed the system delivers 5kW of heat to the dwelling), the TES range of Ground Source heat pumps offer an environmentally-sound home heating system with unbeatably low running costs. 
Air Source Heat Pump  
TES also provide a range of Air Source Heat Pumps, which utilize the ambient air as a heat source, from which heat is extracted and used to heat buildings and/or hot water. The benefits of an Air Source Heat Pump are that they require little space and are relatively cheap to install, and provide the optimum heating solution when ambient temperatures are above freezing. A water-source heat pump should be considered for applications that would require year-round heating.
